My last feature focused was on a Hot Wheels 5-Pack, so let's keep the theme going. You diehard collectors are stoked on the latest Mattel 5-Pack offerings. The recent 'Hot Trucks' and 'Night Burnerz' 5-Packs have us all abuzz, and for good reason. For the first time in awhile, Mattel is giving us a reason to sift through the 5-Packs at the pegs.
5 Packs have been very hit and miss over the past decade, but it seems we can always count on an 'Exotic' 5-pack year in, and year out. It won't always bear the 'Exotics' moniker. The 2013 World Race 5-Pack didn't. However, the model selection and decorations are usually so good that it shouldn't matter what the pack is called. With the demise of the annual Ferrari 5-Pack from Hot Wheels, the Exotics packs have gained special significance.
Later today, we'll feature the 2015 Exotics 5 Pack. I can tell you an Exotics 5-Pack is coming later this year, so hopefully the 2013 and 2015 sets whet your appetite...
