We're cruising right along with case highlights. It's barely February and we're 6 of 15 case codes into 2017. Not too bad at all. Overall, the new models in the 'F' case are nothing to write home about outside of 2 models: The Corvette C7 Z06 makes its debut, joining the '14 Corvette Stingray and Corvette C7R as the 3rd 7th-gen. Vette in the Hot Wheels lineup. It's a little racier and sportier than the '14 Stingray, and it gets a clean look in yellow and black. The 2nd model of note in this case is the Fairlady 2000 re-color in seafoam green and with the brand new deep-dish steelie wheels.
Yeah, the Fairlady is a re-color, but it looks even better in a second colorway and with those brand new wheels. Oh, and the '76-themed Fast Gassin' also gets the new wheels in this batch. If something was in the last case code, I don't feature it here. For anyone who didn't find the 'E' case, you'll be able to catch up on some repeat goodies in this one, including the Huracan and Gas Monkey Vette. So it's definitely a good case. The new-to-this case cars include some goodies, but nothing spectacular outside of the Vette and Fairlady. I'm definitely happy with releases like the '17 NSX and Dodge Lil Red Express, however. I also consider the '17 Ford Raptor F150 and '77 Pontiac Firebird highlights, but they were missing from my case.
