I spent some time digging some Cadillacs out of my Matchbox bin last weekend. The result is 6 different Matchbox Cadillac castings that really showcase the versatility of the Matchbox brand. From the 1955 Cadillac Fleetwood to the 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe, Matchbox represents over 65 years of Cadillac in civilian and workhorse form at $1 a pop.
It's hard to beat Matchbox for cheap, clean diecast and for workhorses like the 1963 Cadillac Ambulance and the Cadillac One Limousine. All 6 of these Cadillacs are brilliantly clean, from the Escalade to the perennial favorite '69 Sedan DeVille.
There are at least 5 or 10 more Matchbox Cadillac castings out there, including the CTS wagon and the Cadillac Hearse, both of which I hope to add to the collection soon. For now, enjoy the photos and let me know what your favorite Matchbox Cadillacs are in the comments below!
